This Privacy Policy explains how SEO by Mukesh, the SEO consulting practice of Mukesh Singh ("I", "me" or "my"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit seobymukesh.com or contact me about SEO services.
1. Who I Am

2. Information I Collect
Information you give me. When you email, call, message me on WhatsApp, book a consultation or fill in a form on this website, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address and the details you share about your project.
Information shared during an engagement. To audit or improve a website, clients sometimes give me access to tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile or their WordPress dashboard. Section 4 explains how I handle that access.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent and the website that referred you. This data comes from server logs, cookies and analytics tools.
Comments. If you leave a comment on a blog post, I collect the name, email address and comment you submit, plus your IP address and browser details to help detect spam.

4. Client Account and Website Access
If you grant me access to your Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile, website or other accounts, I use that access only for the work we have agreed. I do not share your data or login details with anyone else without your permission. You can remove my access at any time, and I recommend doing so when our engagement ends.
5. Cookies and Analytics
This website uses cookies that are needed for basic functions, such as remembering comment details or keeping logged-in users signed in. It may also use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand traffic in aggregate. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
6. Payments
This website does not process payments or collect card or bank details. Payment terms, including any advance payment, are discussed and agreed directly with each client before an engagement begins.
7. Who I Share Information With
I share personal information only when needed to run this website and my services, for example with my hosting, email and analytics providers, when required by law, or when you ask me to. These providers may only use the information to provide their services.
8. Embedded Content and External Links
Some pages include embedded content or links to other websites, such as articles, videos or maps. Those websites may collect data about you under their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their practices.
9. How Long I Keep Information
I keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client records are kept for the duration of our work together and afterwards for as long as required for accounting, tax or legal purposes. Blog comments are kept until they are removed.
10. How I Protect Information
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure website connections, strong passwords and limited access to client accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Rights
Under applicable law, including Nepal's Privacy Act, 2075 (2018), you can ask to:
- See the personal information I hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information, where I am not required to keep it
- Withdraw consent you have previously given
- Stop receiving marketing messages

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
